The ALGAE-X Wall Mounted series of Tank Cleaning Systems comes in serveral sizes and capacities, as well as providing convenient options for service. Fuel is inherently unstable, solids begin to form and the accumulation of tank sludge eventually cloggs your filters and damages your injectors. It will cause engines to smoke, lose power and ultimately break down. Any of the Wall Mounted units, sized for your application, conditions and stabilizes the fuel, eliminates microbial contamination, removes water, tank sludge and contaminants from the tanks. These systems are compact, easy to install, operate and maintain. With the inclusion of the LG-X Magnetic Fuel Conditioner, exclusive to ALGAE-X Tank Cleaning Systems, fuel droplets size are decreased providing better filtration and water separation, clear and bright fuel, optimal combustion and clean tanks.
FPS-500/750 Fuel Polishing System -- Designed as a wall mounted fuel polishing system for marine or small tank installations. The FPS-500 is available in 12V/24V, rated at 2.5 gallons per minute, and the FPS-750 is available for 110V/230V rated at 3.5 gallons per hour. Also available in the variant FPS-500A/750A equiped with a unique "service filter" alarm.
On-Board Tank Cleaning System TC-1000/TC-3000 -- Similar to the 1000/3000 Portable Systems, these three units are not cart mounted, but instead are designed to be wall mounted near a large fuel storage tank(s) and plumbed for dedicated use. Available in 16 and 26 gallon per minute ratings
TK-180 Portable Tank Cleaning System -- An economical, 12V or 24V tank cleaning and transfer pump system that flows at 3 gallons per minute. This unit is ideal for individuals or a group of friends that would share a fuel polishing system on a light duty basis.
The MTC-500/1000/3000 Mobile Tank Cleaning Systems -- Designed for use in tank cleaning larger than 1,000 gallons by marinas, trucking companies, generator services or facility managers, the MTC-1000 provides volume fuel cleaning and polishing, returning fuel quality, prevents clogged filters, expensive tank cleaning, and contaminated fuel disposal. Quality fuel extends the life of engines and injectors. It is rated at 8, 15, and 26 gallons per minute utilizing a centrifugal water separator/coalescer, and spin-on water block or fine filter. Maintaining fuel quality eliminates costly toxic chemicals, saves money, and increases safety and reliability.
STS Tank Cleaning System -- A totally enclosed, stand-alone, wall or pad mounted fuel conditioning and filtration system designed for automated operation. All safety and control devices are included for remote operation. All components are mounted within a fully enclosed, weatherproof system cabinet. STS systems are available in 2, 4, 7, 10, and 25 gallon per minute ratings.
