180 GPH Tank Cleaning and Transfer Pump System
The TK-180 is a portable, light weight modular tank cleaning system, ideal for re-circulating, polishing, and/or transferring fuels and light oils in vessels, stand-by generators, trucks, buses, agricultural and heavy equipment with up to 200 gallon (750 l) tanks. The TK-180 removes water, sludge, and sediments that naturally accumulate in tanks. With power supplied by the 12 volt or 24 volt onboard battery, these units provide easy, portable fuel polishing and transfer.
The TK-180 is the perfect addition to the "tool box" of technicians, maintenance facilities, garages, boat owners and service vehicles.
The self-priming 3 GPM brass gear pump is the heart of the kit. With an LG-X 500 Fuel Conditioner, the TK-080 fuel filter/water separator filter, and the TK-070 Inline Strainer (all included), the TK-180 makes a perfect "Do It Yourself" fuel reconditioning, filtration and tank cleaning system, capable of circulating 180 gallons per hour. The CI-12 Pressure Gauge and the stainless steel plumbing results in a long-life, efficient unit. Use with ALGAE-X AFC-705 Fuel Catalyst to break down existing tank deposits and floating debris, and in on-going fuel system maintenance for peak engine performance.
Cleans, reconditions and transfers Diesel Fuel, Oil and Coolant.
Use the TK-180 for cleaning, filtering and polishing the contents of contaminated storage tanks on truck, buses, heavy equipment, boats, and storage tanks for heating oil, hydraulic, antifreeze, and other fluids.
