There is a system that is right for your installation and for your pocketbook. Included below are details on systems for operating on 12V or 24V power, as well as 110V and 230V power. Operating rates, ranging from 80 Gallons per Hour up to 1,500 gallons per hour are available for your installation and treatment requirements. The following is a summary of each system. Smart Fuel Polishing System (FPS) DX Series

The Smart FPS (Fuel Polishing System) DX Series are rated at 80 Gallons per Hour and available in a configuration that is Fully Automated, Compact, Light Weight, Safe, & provides Quite Operation, and Affordable Fuel Reliability. Four models are available: the DX, the DX-D, the DX-LD, and the DX-S. The four models are equipped with different types of timer/control system, each providing a customized level of control over the unit. The DX has an analogue timer. The DX-D model has a Digital Programmable Interface. The DX-LD and the DX-S both have the Digital Programmable Interface and equipped with a float leak detection feature. All four systems provide automatic shut down when the pre-set time for fuel treatment has run and whill shut down and sound an alarm when pressure or vacuum sensors are triggered. The DX-S has a spin on filter element that provides a wide range of options for removal of particulate and water removal from the fuel flow. All units are rated at 80 Gallons per Hour circulation and available for operation from your 12v or 24v DC power source.

Fuel Polishing System (FPS) Compact Series

SMART FPS-Compact Series Systems are designed for installation in cabinets that house generators or in other applications where space is at a premium. The Digital Controller may be mounted remotely to allow for ease in operation. FPS Systems keep diesel fuel in pristine condition while removing foreign elements such as sludge, water, and biological elements from storage tanks at a rate of 80 gallons per hour. The SMART FPS Compact uses a Separ SWK 2000/10 particulate filter and water separator, filtering fuel down to 10 microns. The FPS Compact series fuel polishing and transfer system is equipped with leak detection that will stop the unit in the event of a serious leak, and alarms to alert operators that the filter element requires replacement or water has accumulated in the water separator. SMART FPS FX systems are available in 12V DC and 24V DC.

Fuel Polishing System (FPS) FX Series

SMART FPS-FX systems are designed to keep diesel fuel in pristine condition while removing foreign elements such as sludge, water, and biological elements from storage tanks at a rate of 150 gallons per hour, and offer two types of filtration. The SMART FPS FX uses a Separ 2000/40 filtration and water separation unit, filtering fuel down to 10 or 30 micron. The FX series fuel polishing and transfer system is also available as the SMART FPS FX-R equipped with a Racor 1000 MA filtration and water separation down to 10 or 30 micron. SMART FPS FX systems are available in 12V DC and 24V DC.

Smart Fuel Polishing System (FPS) MX Series

The Smart FPS MX and MX-F systems are rated at 250 Gallons per Hour circulation and available for operation from your 110v/60 Hz or 220v/50 Hz power source. The MX and MX-F utilizes a Separ 2000/18 fuel filter/water separator filtration unit. The MX-F is equipped with a secondary screw on filter element that allows for fine filtration to 3-microns and use of a water block filter element. The SFC-50 Smart Filtration Controller is fully automated with digital text readout of alarm and system status, and programable for scheduled fuel maintenance.

Smart Fuel Polishing System (FPS) LX Series

The Smart FPS LX and LX-F systems are rated at 600 Gallons per Hour circulation and available for operation from your 110v/60 Hz or 220v/50 Hz power source. The FPS LX and LX-F utilizes Separ 2000/40 fuel filter/water separator filtration. The LX-F system also utilizes a secondary screw on element that allows for use of a water block filter that removes emulsified water and very fine solids down to 3-microns. The SFC-55 Smart Filtration Controller is fully automated with digital text readout of alarm and system status, and programable for scheduled fuel maintenance and may be incorporated into a vessel or building monitoring system and includes leak monitoring.

Smart FPS LX Wall Mounted Fuel System

On Board Tank Cleaning System TC-1000/TC-3000

The TC is a High Capacity On-Board Tank Cleaning and Fuel Transfer System that reconditions, stabilizes and decontaminates fuel. It efficiently removes water, sludge and sediments that naturally accumulate in tanks. The TC cleans tanks and restores fuel to its "Clear & Bright" condition. Two models are available. The TC-1000 is designed for tanks up to 8,000 gallon in capacity and operate at 15 gallons per minute (900 Gallons per Hour). The TC-3000 is for tanks between 8,000 and 12,000 gallon in capacity, and operates at 26 gallons per minute (1,560 Gallons per Hour). A centrifuge water separator/coalescer is used as the primary particulate remover, and a screw on filter element, that can be fitted with a fine filter element or a water block filter element, as a secondary filter. Piping is included to allow for use of the primary filter only during early stages of fuel circulation, with later stages using both primary and secondary filtration. Both are available in either 115V or 230V configurations.
